Basic  6Weeks Basic Beginners Non-Competition Boxers Workout!
Workout Days: Monday thru Friday & Saturday & Sunday
Workout Times: 8:30a, 10a, 12n, 4p, & 6p Monday -Friday, Saturday 10a--1p & Sunday 4-6p

After 5 Weeks, You Can Continue Training for $65Monthly for 16 Weeks.  Workout any day at one of the 5 times slots: Duration of Workout is 2 hours. Must call or text or 910-622-5382 to set up schedule & start day.
